What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7pm and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. We are open 10am to 3pm on Bank Holidays.

How does the answering service work?

We issue you with a divert telephone number that is unique to your business.  Once you divert your phone line to this number your company details are displayed on our screen as the calls come in.  We answer calls in your company name with a greeting and protocol that has been agreed with you.

Do I need a new number?

No, you simply divert to your allocated number from your existing office phone line, mobile phones or both if required. You can switch your divert on and off as frequently as you need to.  For example, you could simply divert the phone to cover lunch breaks, meetings or staff absences if required or divert to us full time.

How do you answer my calls?

We answer calls in your company name.  The call will then be handled following a protocol that has been agreed with you.  For example, we could simply capture caller details and send the message on via email or SMS text message or we could perform more of a customer service role handling product enquiries or even processing orders.

Will my customers know you are an answering service?

No, The Phone Answering Service team performs as a seamless extension of your business and callers should have no indication that we are not based on your site.

What is your minimum contract period?

We do not have a minimum contract term and instead opt to offer our customers a more flexible arrangement. Payments are made via direct debit on a monthly basis and we look to have this in place prior to contract commencement.
